Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JustListedReels (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or brokerage, you agree on its behalf.
1. The Service
JustListedReels creates short vertical videos from listing photos and property details you provide or connect, and can publish them to social media accounts you connect.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@justlistedreels.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content and permission to use it
You keep ownership of the photos, logos, text and other material you upload or import ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all rights, licenses and permissions needed to use it — including for photos taken by photographers or provided through an MLS or other third party — and that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights. We record your confirmation each time you create a video. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
4. Real estate advertising
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing information and for complying with all laws, regulations, MLS rules and brokerage policies that apply to your advertising, including the Fair Housing Act, state license-law disclosure requirements and MLS media and data-use rules. Captions and voiceovers are generated automatically; review them before posting.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or infringing content; to attempt to access other users' data; to probe or disrupt our systems; or to resell the Service without our written agreement. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other platforms you authorize us to publish on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, rejections, account restrictions or changes to their APIs.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Plan limits reset monthly. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Free trial
The free trial includes a limited number of videos as described on our pricing page. We may modify or end the trial offer at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any marketing results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your advertising, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE]. [Arbitration / class-action waiver language to be reviewed by counsel.]
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
